Business Groups Spanish for Companies. Business Spanish Intensive general Spanish course including reading, writing, listening and speaking activities, as well as grammar and vocabulary. (20 classes per week in total). Specific contents: OPTION A. SPANISH FOR TRADE: For students interested in a focus on trade. Specific vocabulary and a variety of activities dealing with topics such as : import and export, marketing, the Spanish banking system, customers, correspondence, etc. (10 contact hours per week). Duration: 1 or 2 weeks. OPTION B. BUSINESS SPANISH: For students with prior experience in business. Specific vocabulary and a variety of activities dealing with topics such as: personal introduction, product and company presentation and analysis, meetings (note-taking, contributing opinions , interrupting), human resources, trade fairs, congresses and conferences, negotiation, market analysis, etc. (10 contact hours per week). Duration: between 1 and 4 weeks. Minimum level: completed B1 Classes: maximum of 10 students per general Spanish class. Mini-groups for specific-purposes classes. Malaca Instituto organises work placements with companies in Málaga working in different sectors (design, tourism, medical services, marketing and publicity...) Includes -4-week-long Spanish course -Work placement -Tutorials and monitoring -Placement certificate -Civil-liability insurance Duration 3 months minimum. Specifically designed course to prepare for the Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language. Malaca Instituto is an Official Examination Centre, authorised by Instituto Cervantes. We have experienced teachers who are specifically trained to teach these courses. Teacher Training For teachers of Spanish Malaca Instituto offers courses for non-native Spanish teachers with open programmes which take place in July and especially designed courses for closed groups at any time of the year. Activities Culture Hispanic Studies This course is designed for students who want to attain a high level of Spanish and learn in more detail about Spanish culture and civilisation. The course is divided into two parts which can be booked separately. 1st PART Includes: Intensive general Spanish course. Dates: since August. Duration: between 4 and 16 weeks. Classes: 20 contact hours per week. Level: from beginners. Students: Maximum of 10 students per class. 2nd PART Includes: Intensive advanced Spanish course combined with different modules of Spanish Culture and Civilisation. Dates: from January. Duration: between 4 and 20 weeks. Classes: 20 contact hours per week. Level: B2 completed. Students: maximum of 15 students per class. Gastronomy Includes -20 Spanish classes per week. -2 cookery classes per week. -1 Gastronomy route including a meal. -1 Gastronomy talk per week. -1 Film and gastronomy per week. -1 Half-day trip or tapas outing. -1 Recipe book and apron. Duration 1 or 2 weeks. Levels 6 levels of Spanish starting at beginners. Dance Malaca Instituto ofers courses combining Spanish and dance. Dance classes are taught daily from Monday to Friday between 16h and 18h in our dance room, which has a wooden floor and is fully equipped with mirrors and air conditioning. Includes -20 Spanish classes per week. -1 Cultural talk per week. -1 Film discussion per week. -10 dance classes (flamenco or salsa) per week. -Also, 2 flamenco classes and 1 salsa class for free per week. Duración 1 or 2 weeks. Levels All levels of Spanish. Dance level: beginner or elementary. |

There is no extra charge for utilities. RESIDENCE Our Club Hispánico residence is in the same building as our school, making up a mini-campus with classrooms, library, multimedia room, halls, sports and dance room, 24/7 reception , restaurant, swimming pool, terraces, cultural activities department and laundry. All our rooms have a private bathroom, safe, telephone and free Wi-Fi and include cleaning service. FAMILIES Our staff visits hosting families to make sure they are appropriate. We look for friendly people who will have time for you and will make you feel at home. When we assign you a family, we take into account your preferences (vegetarian diet, pets, no smokers, animals, etc.) Hosting families provide accommodation and half board (breakfast and lunch). If you would rather have dinner, perhaps you can reach an agreement with them, but in Spain the main meal is lunch and that is when everybody will gather together and you will get a better chance of practising your Spanish. |
