During the classes, whose number of hours will be determined at the beginning of the course, the four principal skills are practiced (written and oral expression, listening and written comprehension), according to the student's needs and interests. The Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) is the official qualification for non-native speakers, administered by the Instituto Cervantes, and recognized by the Ministry of Education. The University of Salamanca sets the papers and they are also in charge of marking and assessing them. The examinations are held several times a year and our course will help you to consolidate your knowledge of Spanish while, at the same time, we‘ll give you practical advice and useful strategies for use in the exams. The course, which includes a mock exam, can be combined with a general Spanish course . In addition to that, we encourage our students to take part in the extra curricula (free) activities that we organise. Our preparation course for the DELE is taught individually or in groups.  | Activities Cultural immersion We are more than a Spanish school... we are a FAMILY! Enjoy with us the activities outside the classroom, designed for you to live a truly Spanish environment. All our intensive and individual courses include Café y Prensa activities and Abanico cultural program, which can be complemented with other optional activities, such as lunch with the teacher and weekend excursions. Touristic Tour Weekend excursions Tilde Madrid offers you the opportunity to travel to places of tourist interest close to Madrid. For a price of between 15 and 50 euros, on Saturdays or Sundays you can enjoy a tour with a small group, accompanied by a guide-teacher. The price of the excursions, which usually last from 9.30 to 19.00, also includes public transport, entry tickets, the company of a teacher-guide and course materials. Culture Abanico cultural program Abanico cultural activities, a free interactive way to achieve cultural immersion in Madrid Was created with the idea of imparting to our students what no classroom study could ever achieve; total immersion. In a country like Spain that preserves innumerable socio-cultural, religious and gastronomic traditions, in combination with the vibrant atmosphere of Madrid, where history and modernity live together in a surprising way, culture becomes a rich source of inspiration. With its famous night-life, and three internationally art museums, there is much to see in this wonderful city. The students, accompanied by one of our team, are invited to take part of our activities either within, or outside the school. It might be an excursion to one of the museums or to one of the many points of cultural interest in the city; there may be a lecture on a social, political, cultural or gastronomic theme; an afternoon of Hispanic film; or the visit of a professional who comes to our center to discuss with our students.… All of these activities are planned to give greater depth to the students’ study programmes and to get the most from their stay with TILDE. Gastronomy Café y prensa. Every morning, before the lessons begin, the students discuss in Spanish about the news appearing in the press. During approximately 20 minutes, with the help of a teacher, you will be up to date on the latest news while you enjoy a coffee or a tea. Lunch with the teacher Have a typical Spanish menu while you practice Spanish in a real environment, without the pressure of a formal class. We invite you to visit some of the most central restaurants of the city, so you approach the gastronomic costumes of Madrileño people. Always in company of a teacher and in a group of maximum 4 people. (This activity has an aditional cost). Dance Spanish and dance If you like music and rhythm, and you would like to add dance to your immersion program in Spain, Tilde Madrid offers you an innovative course that combines the learning of Spanish and dancing lessons. Spanish and dance course will allow you to learn Spanish while you practice your favorite dance style.
