Spanish Intensive 20 is the base of all our courses. This consists of 20 Spanish lessons per week. In an Intensive 20 course you will have 4 Spanish classes daily from Monday to Friday. Our method focuses on speaking the Spanish language whilst learning the grammar in an active and dynamic way: this means our students will learn the grammar in context through a very wide range of activities. Our intensive courses are designed for students of all ages and levels who wish to learn Spanish in the most fast and efficient way.

The course focuses on developing all four language skills:

Listening: All students practice different listening techniques in order to understand oral Spanish and all its different accents, and increase listening comprehension.

Speaking: We consider speaking to be the most important skill, and we try to develop this as much as possible. The objective of every student is to be able to speak the new language as quickly and effectively as possible, therefore we dedicate a great part of our courses to develop speaking and conversation.

Writing: Both formal and informal writing and practised and worked on throughout the course. Correct spelling and composition of written texts are also a very important factor when learning a new language.

Reading: The correct comprehension of written texts is also a very important skill that must be mastered by all students. Understanding different types of formal and informal texts is just as important as understanding the spoken language.

The main objective of our Spanish courses is for you to improve your level of communication skills. In doing so, relationships between students and teachers will be able to develop and the class will be able to move forward in a way that follows the students’ natural pace.

From 9.30 until 13.30 you will be enjoying our classes. This means you have the rest of the afternoon and evening to discover everything the island of Mallorca has to offer.

In all our courses we also include a wide variety of free evening activities that will help you mix with the locals, as well as getting to know a different side of our city.


INTENSIVE COURSE 20 5
The Spanish intensive course 20 5 consists of 20 group lessons every week 5 hours of cultural activities in Spanish. These activities take place in the early afternoon, after the group lessons. This gives all our students time to also join our complimentary evening activities that take place every day in the afternoon and evening.

This course has the same base as the Intensive Course 20 with an added cultural focus: the Spanish language is greatly influenced by the Spanish culture. Getting to know the Spanish lifestyle, customs, thoughts and beliefs will help you to improve your knowledge of the Spanish language.

These extra 5 hours per week focus on spoken Spanish and conversation. The lessons take place outside of the classroom and around the city, so students can personally experience the culture and take part in the different activities Spanish locals do during the day.

- Discover traditional spanish markets Santa Catalina Market and Mercat del Olivar
- Visit the beautiful Cathedral and Parc de la Mar
- Learn about the famous Plaza Mayor and Plaza España
- Learn about traditional mallorquin architecture through the Gaudi Tour and Ruta Modernista.
- Enjoy strolling around beautiful Paseo del Borne and Jardines de la Reina.
- Find the city's hidden Patios.
- Learn about mallorquin history while visiting the Arab Baths

This is the most intensive course Taplingo has to offer. This course consists of 20 group lessons per week, 5 hours of cultural activities 5 individual speaking lessons. These conversation classes will help you gain the confidence that every student needs to achieve fluency when speaking a new language.
