 | Spanish Schools in Spain Private Lessons Private Spanish lessons are perfect for those who are looking for a taylor made course: -Sudents who want to do a course for specific purposes. -Students 55 who would rather be alone or with their wife, husband or friend in class. -Students with a very specific Spanish level that does not match the intensive courses. The maximum number of students admitted in a private course is 3. The following prices are total prices. If there it is 2 students who want to share the course, each one should have to pay half of the price. If there are 3 students who want to share the coures, each one should have to pay one third of the price. Courses Intensive Course 10 10 Hours per week These courses are ideal for students who need to do a superintensive course and/or who have very short time and want to make the most out of it. The course consists one: -20 group 45-minute lessons per week -5, 10 or 20 private 45-minute lessons per week The goal of our courses is to teach people to communicate in Spanish in real world situations. With this goal in mind, our classes focus on basic linguistic skills: speaking and spoken interaction, listening comprehension, reading and writing. Our concept of teaching is based on communicative methods where new technology plays an important role. Our teachers are all native speakers, they have a university degree in languages and are very experienced in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Spanish Courses are held in small groups where all our students receive personal attention. Courses are held all the year round. Students can join the course any Monday. They have to do a previous placement test to enter the correct course level. In case there is no other student with the same level, lessons would be reduced to half of the time. Students who have no Spanish level should join a complete beginners intensive course. Starting dates for complete beginners: 2nd week of January -1st week of March -1 week after eastern Monday (April/May) – 1st week of July – 3rd week of July -1st week of September -1st week of October -1st week of November. Other beginning dates are also available, if there is more than one student interested. Sports Spanish and Surfing Spanish and surfing spain bilbaoThis course is ideal to do an immersion into the Spanish language and enjoy surfing in one of the best areas in the world to surf. The Basque country has a lot of ideal beaches with perfect waves not only to learn to surf but also for professional people in this sport. Thanks to that, it is known that the Basque coast is one of the most desired places by surfers from all over the world. The programme includes Intensive Spanish Courses with native teachers at EIDE in the mornings and surfing courses in the afternoons or weekends. There are 2 types of surfing programmes: -Surfing course in La Arena Beach for Beginners. This course is perfect for beginners, but it is also suitable for those with previous experience in surfing. It includes one-week surfing course, 2 hours per day. The beach is reachable by bus. Bus stops next to the school. -Surfing course in Sopealana or Plencia Beach for Beginners and Experienced People. Perfect course both for beginners and people with previous experience in surfing. We propose 3, 4 or 5 lessons per week, but students can choose different combination. Students have a 20-minute walk or 5-minutes bus drive to Portugalete, where they cross the bridge to Las Arenas. The surfing school drives the students. |
 | Accommodations We offer different types of accommodation for students doing a Spanish course at EIDE: -Host families. We consider it is the best choice for short term students and for the first weeks in the case of students who come to do a long course. -Room in a shared appartment. We offer rooms at our own appartment next to the school but also help the student find room in other shared appartments. -Youth hostels. New and very good quality hostels at a reasonable price. -Students’ residence or dorm. 20 minutes from the school. |
