 | Spanish Schools in Spain Private Lessons This type of course makes it possible for the student to learn at his or her own pace, with personal attention and under no time restrictions. It is specially addressed to students with an irregular schedule or to those willing to learn the language very fast. Lessons are complemented with readings, essays and other tasks that the teacher assigns for the student to do during his/her free time (equal to approximately 10 hours of independent study). Summer Camps Summer courses for young people Students combine intensive Spanish lessons (20 h/week) with an engaging programme of afternoon activities and workshops, managed and run by the local community. Lessons are taught by university-qualified native teachers and are focused on the four skills of language learning: writing, listening, reading and speaking. Students reside with local host families in Ronda who have been carefully selected and trained. The programme also includes a weekly trip to some of the most amazing cities in Andalusia: Granada, Cordoba, Seville, Tarifa, etc. Business Groups Spanish for Companies. Business Spanish These courses are addressed to non-native speakers who need the Spanish language in their daily professional activity. Run both in the Entrelenguas Head Office in Ronda and on-site at your company. In Entrelenguas This programme is run all year long in the Entrelenguas School. It includes intensive Spanish for Business Purposes (3 hours per day) lessons in combination with engaging activities undertaken in Spanish. This programme is available for groups as well as individuals working in all professional sectors. Accommodation in hotel or apartments is included. School Trips Schools, institutes, student groups Escape to Ronda for a few days or weeks, discover the city and get to know its people and culture! This programme is ideal for high school students who would like to have a taste of Spanish culture and traditions, as it combines cultural tours and excursions with local activities. Students can choose from a wide variety of workshops, all taught by local instructors. This programme is available in Spanish, English or French. Customize your trip to make the most of your Spanish adventure. Level Coures A1 Elementary Basic level. Simple, everyday phrases. Isolated words or expressions. A2 Pre Intermediate Plain and simple language. B1 Intermediate Understanding of everyday language . Clear expression of ideas. Sufficient knowledge to workplace activities. B2 Upper Intermediate Structure of language (oral and written) . Expression safely in almost any situation and understanding of the native language partners. C1 Advance Almost total understanding including typical expressions of language. Similar to the mother tongue even in situations of complexity level. Courses Intensive Course 20 20 Hours per week These courses are targeted at students or young professionals who wish to spend their vacation improving their level of Spanish at an accelerated rate. They run all year long and start the first Monday of every month. Lessons follow a total Immersion Language Methodology Approach with engaging and enjoyable student-centered communicative activities. All of them focus on practising the four language skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading. Students can also combine intensive in-classroom experience with the fun and authentic activities, workshops and trips that we put on at Entrelenguas. All in Spanish, they highlight the linguistic and cultural value of the Spanish language, which acts as the driving force of the whole program. Extensive Course 3 3 hours per week These courses are addressed to expats who live in Ronda (or nearby) and are interested in improving their Spanish knowledge and communication skills for daily use. Lessons are based on the four skills of language learning: writing, listening, reading and speaking. Upper levels (B2-C2) are mainly focused on the formal and grammatical aspects of the Spanish language, language accuracy and correction of habitual errors of Spanish syntax. Lower levels are aimed at honing speaking and writing skills, and have a special focus on the pragmatic and socio-cultural aspects of the Spanish language. Courses run continuously from September to June, and lessons take place twice a week (each lesson being one hour and thirty minutes). Preparation DELE DELE: Diploma Español como Lengua Extranjera. These training courses are aimed at non-native teachers of Spanish as a Second Language. Through our intensive lessons and engaging activities, which are mainly focused on the cultural aspects of the language, Teachers will refresh and perfect their Spanish while enjoying the local traditions and folklore of Andalusia. For this program we offer various accommodation options, such as single apartments and shared apartments. 50 Plus Courses for adults from 50 years Designed for enthusiastic learners, students will take a preliminary language test that will evaluate the four language skills; reading, writing, listening and speaking. After completing the two-week course, students will receive a certificate from Entrelenguas. This programme is comprised of three hours of classes per day, Tuesday – Friday, for two weeks, in small groups. ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS At Entrelenguas we take learning outside of the classroom into a real context where you can learn and practise Spanish in a significant way. All of the proposed activities (which are included in the programme) aim to bring the student closer to Spanish history and culture. TRIPS AND EXCURSIONS Even though the programme is based in the city of Ronda, we organise a series of excursions to various Spanish cities that will provide a comprehensive perspective of the region of Andalusia. ACCOMMODATION A key component in the student’s cultural immersion is their stay with a local family, which contributes enormously to their learning. Our objective is that the students basically become an adopted member of the family, sharing their daily lives. We offer single rooms and three meals per day. |
 | Activities We strongly believe that with the right teaching staff and the right methodology, Spanish is not only easy to learn, but also enjoyable and fulfilling. Based on our broad experience in linguistics and education at Entrelenguas, we have designed a variety of Spanish as a Second Language courses that meet the specific needs of our students. All of our courses are taught by native, university-qualified teachers and follow the guidelines set by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At Entrelenguas we have developed an alternative concept to provide different activities that engage the traveller with the local people, language and culture of our city. As an alternative to the traditional way of traveling, we propose different experiences carried out in different levels of Spanish, so that everyone – no matter their level of Spanish or their age – can make the most of their trip both in Ronda and in Spain. Students will learn and practise useful and meaningful linguistic and cultural aspects of the Spanish language, and therefore have a more prosperous stay in the country. By combining authenticity and originality our students will be able to enjoy an experience that is unique to them. Touristic Tour Get to know our beautiful city in a different way! With our official tour guide and your tourism pass, not only will you visit the famous, well known monuments of Ronda such as the Arabic Baths, The Joaquin Peinado Museum, The Puente Nuevo and The Mondragon Palace, but you will also discover places that you wouldn’t be able to find on your own. Tours can be held in French, English and of course, adapted Spanish will be used to help you connect and facilitate your communication with locals and daily situations while you’re in Spain. We are young, local people who are passionate about promoting the Spanish language and culture in an alternative way. Culture We organise many cultural events. At Entrelenguas you can enjoy guitar and piano concerts as well as local band's concerts, microtheatre, art exhibitions and gastronomic events. We also organise language exchanges! Gastronomy Experience and feel what it is to be a Spanish cook. Not only will you learn how to prepare and create traditional Spanish dishes in the home of a local food enthusiast, but you’ll also be using fresh, local, organic and seasonal ingredients. Learn and practise useful and meaningful linguistic and cultural aspects of the Spanish language with local people and of course, with the help of adapted material. Immerse yourself in one of Spain’s most famous cultural pastimes: The Flamenco.
