INGUAMANIA has offered Spanish Courses for Foreigners since 2005. As a small and welcoming language school in Vigo (Northwest of Spain), we pride ourselves in receiving course participants from all over the world. Classes typically have a very culturally diverse set of students coming from many different places in Europe, the U.S.A., Canada, China, Taiwan and Japan, which makes the experience of studying Spanish even more interesting and international than you can ever imagine. Many of our students make friendships that last long after their courses end.

The Spanish language needs of our students are very diverse, ranging from exam preparations for Spanish as a business language with a focus on international commerce and business with Spanish speaking countries, to Spanish for tourism and travels. We also have many Erasmus students among our regular clients, as we specialize in exam preparations for Certificado Cervantes (DELE). In addition, we are officially recognized as an examination center for the Madrid Chamber of Commerce official exams in Spanish as a Business Language and Spanish for Tourism.

LINGUAMANIA is also listed as an official provider of language courses to the European Parliament and is a verified member of the Global Language Association.

Private Lessons

For those seeking and even more flexible and intensive experience, we recommend private lessons, the so called one-to-one course. You have the benefit of deciding the topic to be discussed during the individual lessons. If you come together with a friend who has the same level of Spanish, you can alternatively go for the individual lessons with one teacher and two students, called the Two-To-One course. Lesson timetable is flexible (Monday to Friday), depending on availability. Rates vary in accordance to the program selected, so please contact us for a quote on your personal customized course series. On the last day of your course you will receive a certificate indicating the time spent at school, the progress made and the level achieved.

A1 Elementary

Basic level.
Simple, everyday phrases. Isolated words or expressions.

A2 Pre Intermediate

Plain and simple language.

B1 Intermediate

Understanding of everyday language . Clear expression of ideas. Sufficient knowledge to workplace activities.

B2 Upper Intermediate

Structure of language (oral and written) . Expression safely in almost any situation and understanding of the native language partners.

C1 Advance

Almost total understanding including typical expressions of language. Similar to the mother tongue even in situations of complexity level.

C2 Proficiency

Commonly spoken foreign language and accurately . Using idioms.

Courses

Intensive Course 20

20 Hours per week

The standard option, the intensive COURSE has 20 lessons per week in a group from Monday to Friday, so 4 lessons daily. The typical timetable is from 10.00 to 13.30 (including a short break).
During the break we all go (students, teachers and staff) to get a coffee in a terrace. Classes are formed by students' level of Spanish. This way you will always be in a class with students who have the same Spanish level as you. Because of the small classes, the teacher can give individual support and classes are intensive. Besides the Spanish language, the Galician and Spanish culture is an integral part of the Spanish classes in Vigo.

Extensive Course 3

3 hours per week

For those who want to learn Spanish, but only have limited time available, we recommend the Extensive course. This course consist of 2 Spanish lessons, twice a week. Lessons are usually in the afternoon or in the evening. Timetable and available levels may vary throughout the year. We offer also special timetable for Au-Pairs during morning time. Before reserving this course, please come by our school or send us an email with your request and we will let you know what we have available at the moment.

Preparation DELE

DELE: Diploma Español como Lengua Extranjera.

In the DELE examination course you are prepared to the Instituto Cervantes official DELE exam. At the end of the course you can take part of the exam and if you passed, you will be handed the only internationally recognized certificate for the Spanish language. The exam is not included in the course price and should be requested more than one month in advance. You can take the exam 5 times a year. In Spain, but also in your home country. If you sign up for our accommodations (option available in summer) they will begin on the Sunday prior to your first Monday Class. Accommodations end on the Saturday after your last Friday class of your program.
